This morning I heard an alarming sound when the Don stepped into my office. 'I have a brilliant idea!' he said.
After he told me that a combination of Pizza Margerita and Tortellinni a la Sicilliana worked out very good, I was relieved. But unfortunately, this wasn't his only brilliant idea.
'From now on, we will not spend money on stupid things like scouting or buying talents. After Kent maxes, we will pick a random rider we like from the hire list and train him as a TM or an All3 captain. After this, we will do it again, and again, and again. We save money because training is cheap and we don't have to scout and we have lots of great TM's or All3 captains!'
Yes, he's gone mad. But he threatened that if we didn't follow his plan, he would invite us to his family dinner. So that's it for our future...

Don't speak such nonsense! All my idea's are brilliant!
(but do please note that I'm not playing this game to become nr1, I just want to have fun. If this experiment succeeds, it will be awesome)
Yes its cheaper to buy all3 riders from hirelist. They sell cheap and saves you scouting
Just keep an eye on the transfer forum, people are always selling good talents. I got lucky and bought a Dutch sprint talent with SP - good, FR - good and TQ avg for 43k. He has the potential to be a 200+ sprinter. I was the only bidder so I got a good buy. Don't waste your money buying non scouted riders and training them. You will be sorry. But you will do what you want to do. LOL
I don't think that's a good idea bro. I tried it and hired 3 young riders They all STUNK. The best one was only trained up to 66 sp and 40s for FR and TQ. I thought he might be a climber so I scouted him. CL, DH, Hill was small, SP avg and all the rest none. That stinks bro. If you do it like that then you will have a team full of crappy riders...
Good idea (I have to say this under the same conditions of the poor PR Manager. God knowswhat he's been through :)
